У статті розглянуто теоретичний доробок відомого сучасного богослова й дослідника Нового Заповіту Річарда Хейза. Показано, що вчений використовує Писання як підставу для етичного дискурсу і трансформації громади народу Божого в наші дні й пропонує проводити творчі аналогії між оповіддю текстів й оповіддю, яку проживає церква в зовсім інших історичних обставинах. Відзначено новаторський підхід Річарда Хейза до опису новозавітної етики на тлі змін у розумінні новозавітних листів, включаючи перехід від екзегетичних спроб витягти затвердження "істини" на підставі листів Павла до дослідження богослов'я (...) Павла як діалогічного перетину з певними історичними обставинами. Тобто автор представляє послання Павла як герменевтичну модель і закликає своїх читачів ставитися до послань апостола, немовби вони адресовані особисто їм. Виявлено декілька напрямків дослідження Р. Хейзом герменевтики послань Павла: наративна підструктура в Писанні, інтертекстуальний підхід до розуміння використання Старого Заповіту на сторінках Нового, вплив герменевтичних підходів у розумінні питань етики Нового Заповіту. The COVID-19 pandemic has defined new vectors for the development of the world community and social institutions. At the same time, the impact of the pandemic crisis on the evolution of civil society may differ significantly in the national and global dimensions. If at the national level there is a likely expansion of the space for public activism, then globally it is threatened by the de-intensification of international non-governmental cooperation and attempts to revise civil rights and freedoms. Today it is (...) no longer possible to name a single area of ​​public life that has not been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Directly or indirectly, the consequences of the worldwide spread of the COVID-19 virus are experienced by everyone - government authorities, large and small businesses, citizens of the vast majority of countries. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the future of each of the social actors is largely determined today, depending on the adequacy of the response to the pandemic crisis, the ability to absorb its most painful manifestations, and, possibly, find new opportunities for development in this difficult situation. The aim of the article is to investigate the vectors of influence of the coronavirus pandemic as a factor of deformation of social time and space in the conditions of postmodern society. (shrink)

Поточні трансформації на глобальному рівні порушують питання, пов’язані з ключовими категоріями модерного політичного життя. Це стосується, зокрема, поняття «національний інтерес», що виникає разом з модерною національною державою і відображає характерні особливості її функціонування. Проте глобалізаційні зміни істотно підважують суверенітет національних держав, формуючи новий режим влади (метавлади – за У. Беком), дії якої вже не потребують публічного схвалення з боку громадян. Водночас глобалізація спричиняє появу світового суспільства, уможливлюючи розуміння та інтерпретації подій і процесів з позицій методологічного космополітизму. Ця нова перспектива бачення (...) має враховуватися у визначенні національних інтересів, доповнюючи націоцентричне тлумачення останніх. (shrink)

У статті виконано філософсько-релігієзнавчий аналіз учення митрополита Антонія Сурозького - одного з найвидатніших і найвпливовіших православних теологів XX століття. Антоній доводить, що людська екзистенція зберігає власну ідентичність лише у випадку зв'язку з Богом, тобто у випадку власної релігійності. Цей зв'язок є багатовимірним і включає в себе віру як духовне знання "невидимого", релігійний досвід як подію зустрічі з Богом, пізнання себе та церковної спільноти у світлі знання Христа, розуміння власної особистої та загальної світської історії у світлі священної історії.

У статті розглядаються основні ідеї метафізики видатного американського логіка та філософа Чарльза Пірса. Показано, що значну частину його «наукової метафізики» становить еволюційна космологія, що характеризується, зокрема, істотною роллю випадковості у світі. Серед інноваційних ідей еволюційної космології вирізняється ідея хаотичного початку Універсуму. У статті показано, що ця ідея перегукується з деякими сучасними проблемами квантово-релятивістської космології, і насамперед із проблемами, як і раніше, популярної «інфляційної моделі», в якій ідея хаотичного початку еволюції Всесвіту є однією з центральних.Метою цієї статті є визначення низки паралелей (...) між «науковою метафізикою» Пірса та інфляційними космологічними моделями.Методом дослідження є проведення порівняльного аналізу сценарію еволюції Всесвіту з еволюційної космології Пірса – з одного боку, та сценарію еволюції Всесвіту в інфляційній моделі – з іншого боку, на основі виявлення загального елемента обох сценаріїв хаотичного початку еволюції Всесвіту. В результаті були виявлені зазначені вище паралелі.У першому підрозділі «Детермінізм та «наукова метафізика» Ч. Пірса» коротко відзначені ті філософські течії, які найбільше вплинули на формування та еволюцію поглядів Пірса. Розглянуто деякі загальні питання детермінізму як філософської течії про впорядкованість у світі. Зокрема, також розглянуто питання про співвідношення необхідності та випадковості у детермінізмі, а також трактування Пірса про співвідношення цих категорій. Докладно описано задум Пірса побудувати «наукову метафізику» як альтернативу її традиційним версіям.У другому підрозділі «Еволюційна космологія в «науковій метафізиці» Пірса» обговорюється зміст його еволюційної космології як найважливішої складової його «наукової метафізики». Акцент робиться на процесі еволюції Всесвіту від її початкового хаотичного стану. Ставиться питання про нетрадиційний стосовно механістичної картині світу підхід до природи випадковості. Суть нетрадиційного немеханістичного розуміння випадковості у процесі еволюції пов’язана з конструктивним її розумінням.Третій підрозділ «Тихізм Пірса та сучасна космологія» присвячений опису зв’язку «наукової метафізики» Пірса та сучасної квантово-релятивістської космології. Дається короткий опис еволюції сучасної квантово-релятивістської космології та становлення в її рамках інфляційних моделей. Також коротко дається її зміст та аналіз сценарію еволюції Всесвіту, починаючи з хаотичного стану.Знайдені паралелі сприятимуть поглибленню наукової картини світу, зокрема – прогресивному впливу конструктивного розуміння випадковості, особливо в еволюційних процесах.У такому контексті представлені паралелі здійснені, наскільки нам відомо, вперше як у вітчизняній, так і в зарубіжній літературі. This article examines the issues of social (re)integration in Ukraine, which were actualized during the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2014-2022. The first part of the article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical issues related to the conceptualization of social integration in the social sciences and the role of the state in reproducing social relations. The author assumes that during the last decades, ideas about the role of the state in these processes have changed significantly, which was caused by the departure (...) of the governments of developed democratic countries from the policy of the welfare state. This caused a reorientation of the state towards policies of inclusion, that is, targeted support and assistance to the most vulnerable social strata. The second part of the article is devoted to the consideration of the processes of social integration of migrants and refugees during the war in Ukraine. The author concludes that during the first full-scale invasion, processes of rethinking one's own national identity intensified in Ukrainian society. The armed confrontation and the catastrophic consequences caused by it contributed to the nationwide consolidation of Ukrainians and neutralized socio-cultural differences, which for a long time became the cause of political opposition and electoral divisions. Instead, the long stay of part of the territory and citizens of Ukraine under occupation under conditions of repressive and propaganda pressure, violent mobilization to the armed forces of the self-proclaimed republics and participation in the armed confrontation on the side of the occupiers revealed new divisions between Ukrainians who were on different sides of the front line. These divisions will obviously become an obstacle to the successful reintegration of Ukrainians after de-occupation, which will require a balanced and careful integration policy from the state authorities during the post-war reconstruction. Consciousness, like other qualities of the human psyche, results from education and acquisition of social experience. An important means of forming a person's consciousness is the educational system, which contributes to the spiritual development of a person. Since it is education that is that social institution, it performs the functions of preparing and including the individual in various spheres of the life of postmodern society and attracting him to culture. Human consciousness is the ideological foundation of aim and reliable knowledge. In this context, consciousness is the possibility and condition of the world, the individual can perceive and develop his spirituality. Education in this case is the most effective way to form a person's spirituality. Since, besides a certain profession, education gives a person the opportunity to spiritually improve himself. After the Christianization of Kievan Rus, folk elements began to penetrate into church painting. The culture that has been formed in the people for centuries, in accordance with the regularities of the mechanism of ethno-confessional syncretism, could not but interact with the new Christian culture for Ukraine. Christianity, though sometimes using various means to counteract it, still failed to eradicate the most persistent Christian motives from the minds of its people throughout the centuries of its existence. У статті автор досліджує характер, цілі і засоби впливу феномену "рускій мір". Що це таке? Якими є наслідки цього проекту сьогодні й на що ми можемо очікувати завтра? У чому суть проекту й на чому засновано його мобілізаційний потенціал? Такими є основні питання дослідження. Показано, що проект виник у результаті пошуку Росією відповіді на виклики, пов'язані зі зміною власного становища у світі. У 1990-ті роки Росія будь-яким чином намагалася зберегти вплив на колишні радянські республіки, які стали на шлях незалежності. Це (...) вилилось у ряд військових конфліктів, проте вони не були достатньо ідеологічно опрацьовані, що призвело до втрати і без того не виразного міжнародного авторитету держави. На думку автора, якщо дискусію про "русскій мір", яка велась у Росії, у 1990-х - початку 2000-х років, можна звести до пошуків і спроб зберегти культурну ідентичність російського народу, або навіть віднайти нову, навзаєм втраченої радянської, то з середини 2000-х років, коли проект перейшов з інтелектуальних кіл до владних кабінетів Кремля, він стає одним з основних векторів у зовнішній політиці Росії. Доведено, що в першу чергу це пов'язано з високою привабливістю і великим мобілізаційним потенціалом даної концепції. У якості інструмента глобальної конкуренції, проект "русского міра" є очевидною альтернативою західному проекту культурного розвитку та може бути досить ефективним. Автор робить висновок, що за будь-якого розвитку подій, та перспектива мислення, що відкривається в межах парадигми "русского міра" - враховуючи її затребуваний у сучасній Росії консолідуючий ресурс й вплив на сприйняття сучасних та інтерпретацію історичних подій - буде залишатися вагомим фактором у формуванні політики Росії в найближчі роки. У статті розглядаються основні підходи до сприйняття ісламу богословами, публіцистами та істеблішментом РПЦ у період із 1990-х до 2010-х років. Автор у своїй розвідці користується моделлю теології релігій, яка пропонує поділ на ексклюзивізм, інклюзивізм та плюралізм. У контексті оповіді про офіційну позицію РПЦ розглядаються промови та листи Патріархів Алексія ІІ та Кирила.

У статті розглянуто поняття семіотичних конструктів у контексті його структурних та функціональних особливостей. Проаналізовано смислове навантаження цього поняття та виявлено близькість із концептом "енциклопедії", седиментації та тезаурусним підходом, а також із аспектами логономічних систем Р. Годжа та Ґ. Кресса. Запропоновано розширене та звужене розуміння семіотичних конструктів. На ґрунті семіотики С. Ланґер запропоновано розгляд семіотичних побудов у широкому значенні через дискурсивно-комунікативні та репрезентативні рівні конструювання. Зазначено мультимодальну природу семіотичних побудов. Визначено життєсвітні особливості функціонування знаково-символічних побудов, зокрема в контексті громадянського суспільства та (...) соціальних ролей. The aim of this paper is to present a description of change in the framework of tense logic. After considering some examples of using the intervals, we present the main principles of the logic of inconsistent reasoning. Then we built a tense interval paraconsistent semantics and discuss some of its possible applications.

The article deals with the socio-political processes in Greek villages of Northern Azov region that happened in UNR at the period ofCentral Rada. The author identifies the problem of political struggle which took place among Greek-peasants at the boundary of 1917-1918. The questions of national cultural revival, the problems of agrarian relations in Greek villages community are highlighted.

У статті висвітлено проблеми взаємозв’язку між політичними інтересами великих держав та конфліктами в конкретному регіоні, зосереджуючись на темах геополітики, економіки та внутрішньої політики. Розглядаючи політичні аспекти, стаття визначає, які конкретні стратегії великих держав впливають на ситуацію в регіоні та як ці стратегії відображають їхні національні інтереси. Методологія ретельно досліджує офіційні документи, економічні показники та академічні джерела, щоб виокремити ключові фактори впливу великих держав. Результати підкреслюють, що політичні інтереси є суттєвим детермінантом конфліктів у регіоні, а їхній вплив може виявитися як позитивним, (...) сприяючи розв’язанню конфліктів, так і негативним, що призводить до їхнього збільшення та ескалації. Стаття аналізує, як провідні держави використовують свої політичні ресурси для досягнення стратегічних цілей та як це впливає на глобальну безпеку. Зокрема, розглядаються приклади втручання та підтримки конфліктів, що виникають внаслідок поглиблення політичних інтересів держав у регіоні. Особлива увага приділяється взаємодії політичних та економічних факторів у формуванні стратегій великих держав. Автори аналізують, як економічні інтереси впливають на політичні рішення, а також як це впливає на стабільність та безпеку регіону через висвітлення різних сценаріїв розвитку подій.Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає в глибшому розумінні механізмів впливу великих держав на конфліктну динаміку, а практичне значення виявляється у можливості розробки стратегій для прогнозування та управління конфліктами в регіоні. Робота також ставить під сумнів стереотипи та пропонує нові підходи до розуміння взаємодії великих держав у контексті конфліктів. Нарешті, стаття визначає перспективи подальших досліджень у цій області та надає читачам стійкі підстави для подальших рефлексій та обговорень. (shrink)

Words of gratitude and deep respect for Mariia Dmytrivna Kultaieva from her colleague and student Volodymyr Oleksiyovych Abashnik.

In the article, a little-studied question of the critical interpretation of the philosophical and psychological position of the representative of Scotland tradition James Mill in the university philosophy, especially in the work of Kharkiv Professor Fedor Zelenogorskii is presented. At first, the main periods of scientific and creative career of Fedor Zelenogorskii, including his studying at the Kazan Clerical Academy and the historical-philosophical faculty at the Kazan University are considered. Then his scientific internship from 1871 till 1873 in Germany and (...) Switzerland is emphasized. During that period, he attended lectures of such famous Professors as Moritz Drobisch, Eduard Zeller, Friedrich Albert Lange, who was the author of the work “Geschichte des Materialismus und Kritik seiner Bedeutung in der Gegenwart”. Then the features of the teaching and the publications of Fedor Zelenogroskii in his “Kharkiv period” are pointed out, during which he was, at first, private docent, then extraordinary and ordinary professor of philosophy. Fedor Zelenogorskii’s works at this time comprise three areas: 1) Antique philosophy, 2) works in the history of philosophy, for instance, Kharkiv university philosophy and Ukrainian philosophy, 3) logic, psychology and pedagogic. In the last group, his doctoral monograph “On mathematical, metaphysical, inductive and critical research and proof methods” was of great importance. Fedor Zelenogorskii’s very important work was his monograph “Essay of Development of Psychology from Descartes to our Time”. The positions of well-known philosophers and less-known thinkers were here analyzed. Fedor Zelenogorskii’s critical interpretation of the psychological viewpoint of James Mill in his two volumes work “Analysis of the phenomena of the human mind” occupies an important place in this analysis. According to him, Chapter III. “The Association of Ideas” of James Mill's work played a key role. James Mill appears here as a representative of associative psychology. The Kharkiv philosopher gave credit to James Mill for his contribution to the development of the causal law in Chapter “XXIV. The Will” of this work. In turn, Fedor Zelenogorskii’s important achievement was the popularization of the ideas of the Scotland philosopher and psychologist James Mill, in particular, because of his translation of extracts from the work “Analysis of the phenomena of the human mind”. Belief formation and justification of belief is the subject of epistemology, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of action. In this article we are mostly interested in the application of analytic techniques for the explication of belief justification under uncertainty. We need to explicate this phenomenon in order to answer, at least in part, the question of what are the features of reasoning made in conditions that cause doubts, how people make decisions in such conditions. Arguments used for the justification of (...) such decisions have the status of plausible arguments. The crucial issues related to the analysis and evaluation of plausible arguments are of the acceptability of the premises and the transmission of their acceptability to the conclusion. In this article, we have focused on the transition from the premises to the conclusions of plausible arguments, on the transmission of justification of premises to the conclusions. To establish the peculiarities of such a transmission an outline of the semantics for such arguments is proposed. Its key component is the measures of the plausibility of the premises and rules of inference. A plausible argument itself does not provide the ultimate reason for accepting its conclusion. The justification of the conclusion also depends on other arguments that support or defeat it. So to establish the degree of justification of the conclusion we need to attribute the weights to the premises and rules of inference. We hope that this study provides at least a preliminary answer to the question of how the failure of the transmission of justification in plausible arguments differs from the failure of transmission in deductive arguments. The article examines the peculiarities of the attitude to Greek philosophy in Western Europe and Byzantium in the context of the historical development of the polarity of mentalities and cultures of Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome. On the one hand, the philosophical teachings of Plato/Plotinus and on the other – Aristotle. It is shown that these polarities in their transformed versions manifested themselves in the division of medieval Europe into the Christian East (Greek-speaking and «Greek-minded» Byzantium) as the direct heir (...) of Greek culture, and into the Christian West, as the direct heir of Latin culture. The adoption of Christianity both in the East and the West through «filters» of different mentalities and cultures along with other historical factors, led to the division of Christianity into Orthodoxy (the «Greek» Church) and Catholicism (the «Latin» Church). It is argued that Latin patristics organically grew in the West into the dominance of scholasticism, which was not the case in the Christian East, where the full formation of scholasticism was blocked and it remained in its infancy in a state of protoscholasticism. It is asserted that the Roman Catholic West of the scholastic era (9-14th centuries), based on both Platonism and Aristotelianism, inherits Epistemic-Aristotelian type of philosophizing as a paradigmatic for its theology and philosophy, whereas the Orthodox East, despite all its oscillations, maintains dominant in antiquity, Platonic line of philosophizing as a paradigmatic for its spiritual culture. Through Aristotle, as the "father" and «First-Philosopher» of scolasticism, Christian Aristotelianism has intensively grown and incorporated itself in the culture of Western Europeans and their mentality. In this article, Volodymyr Yermolenko examines the power of ideas to shape social and political events. He is particularly interested in the way misguided or false ideas about Russian and Ukrainian history and politics have contributed to the current Russia-Ukraine war. He also reflects on the way this war has transformed his understanding of some key philosophical concepts, including life, death, and social solidarity.

Стаття присвячена осмисленню мистецької спадщини античності з точки зору розкриття діалогічного взаємозв'язку "людина - світ Іншого". Античне мистецтво вчить краси та гармонії, що може бути покладено в основу розвитку екологічної свідомості, яка виходить за рамки етичного ставлення в царину естетичного. На думку авторів, для мистецтва Постмодерну античність може стати відправним пунктом відродження духовності та діалогу зі світом Іншого на засадах Істини, Краси і Добра.

Стаття присвячена макроекономічному аналізу діяльності суб'єктів ринку санаторно-курортних послуг, висвітленню політекономічних аспектів взаємодії попиту і пропозиції на послуги санаторно-курортного лікування й оздоровлення населення. На основі аналізу ринкового механізму господарювання розглядається релевантний діапазон формування сприятливої кон'юнктури ринку санаторно-курортних послуг. У дослідженні розкрито теоретичні аспекти взаємодії попиту і пропозиції на ринку санаторно-курортних послуг, розвитку термінологічного апарату ринкової взаємодії. У статті автор досліджує місце й роль релігійно мотивованих смислів і цінностей у російській думці на межі XIX-XX ст. як передумову формування атеїстичної ідеології Радянського Союзу. Обґрунтовано, що створення СРСР супроводжувалось конструюванням культурної традиції, яка відповідала запитам різних народів; були сформульовані вимоги до "радянської культури і радянської людини". Цю культурну традицію, реалізовану в радянській практиці, пропонується розуміти як нову артикуляцію "російської ідеї". Характерним інструментом її впровадження була атеїстична ідеологія, передумови формування якої автор статті вбачає в релігійних пошуках російської інтелігенції на (...) межі XIX-XX століть, зокрема в її "секуляризованих" уявленнях про обраний народ та його особливу місію, які згодом склали серцевину радянського ідеологічного наративу. Санаторно-курортна справа у Галичині була започаткована ще наприкінці XVI ст., однак до кінця XIX ст. вона не набула масового характеру через низький рівень розвитку сфери послуг, незадовільний стан доріг, низький рівень культури обслуговуючого персоналу. Із часом у місцевостях з мінеральними водами спритні підприємці та лихварі будували водолікарні, невеликі літні будинки санаторного типу й здавали їх за певну плату. Потужного розвитку курортна справа набула в останній чверті XIX - першій третині XX ст. На теренах Галичини в 1930-х рр. існувало понад 20 (...) великих кліматичних і бальнеологічних курортів, які входили до переліку найкращих у Польщі, та ще 30 малих, де оздоровлювалося місцеве населення та мешканці навколишніх населених пунктів. У статті вперше встановлено хронологію діяльності парохів Української греко-католицької церкви в північно-західній частині Гуцульщини. На цій території діяло дев'ять парафій, що об'єднували близько 20 церков у 17 населених пунктах. Відомості про духовенство північно-західної частини Гуцульщини взяті з шематизмів, фондів Центрального державного історичного архіву України, приватного архіву родини Клапчуків у Делятині. Перші відомості про священиків відомі з середини XVII ст. Установлено, що впродовж століття в північно-західній частині Гуцульщини парохами було 74 священики. Середній час праці на парафії у Білих Ославах, Красні, Ланчині, (...) Саджавці та Яблуниці складав 11,1 року, у Заріччі - 12,5, а в Делятині, Дорі та Микуличині - 14,3 року. The idea of representation is a fundamental factor of the social privilege for any social institution that lies in a desire to establish the firmly true descriptions of the world, set facts and objective truths. Yet, it should be noted that assertions based on representation are not only the prerogative of science, philosophy, religion, art and politics, but also the immediate reality of social life. A denial of representationalism inevitably leads to the relativism as the abruption of a language from (...) reality. Since then, a language can assert anything about the reality without accordance to the reality proper, and thus, distort the reality to its substitute - a new artistic reality. Post-analytical philosophy covers the issues under the term anti-representationalism, i.e. reject representation as a productive notion or a concept. Representatives of new historicism, on the contrary, understand representation as a productive notion through which cultural creativity can be studied in performative aspects. Research of representation as fine art is an integrated part of social processes of separation, withdrawal, acceptance and domination, and is generally a social expression of power-strength processes. Post-analytical philosophy in the concept of anti-representationalism does not thematise artistic and non-artistic signs specifics. A language is claimed not to reflect passively autonomous objects in the world like a mirror, but constitutes them as technical artistic texts in a fundamental sense. Theory of language representation in the post-analytical philosophy progresses into language instrumentalism - a language is understood as an important tool with the help of which the humankind aligns with the reality.
